Long Creek Music Festival, May 24th & 25th

The Chattooga Conservancy will benefit from a portion of the ticket sales.

Long Creek Music FestivalJoin friends at the Long Creek Music Festival on May 24th and May 25th at the Chattooga River Resort and Campground in Long Creek, South Carolina. The festival will offer camping, arts and crafts vendors, a kids corner, food and beverages, and multiple stages.

Festival organizers have secured an “unprecedented (for this area) all-star lineup of artists from across the rock music spectrum,” featuring The Wobblers, Lefty Williams Band, Killer Whale, Terratonic, Murder the Day, Six Mile Sonic featuring Tony Tidwell, Truth and Salvage Company, and Gaslight Street.

The event will happen rain or shine, as the stage areas are covered. Advance tickets are $40 for the weekend (kids under 12 free) and includes primitive camping at the Chattooga River Resort.

The Chattooga River Watershed

The Chattooga watershed spans for miles, as far north as Cashiers to as far south as Long Creek. Click the map below for an enlarged version.

The Chattooga River watershed is approximately 200,000 acres located in the tri-state area of northeast Georgia, western North Carolina, and northwestern South Carolina. The majority of the watershed is public land, managed by the US Forest Service.
